Drove a total of 4.6 miles on 9-29-2013.  First, we drove to breakfast at IHOP in Richardson, Texas.  Service was good.  That evening, I drove to pickup our takeout Thai curry at Noodle Wave in Richardson.  It was disappointing compared to our previous meal from that restaurant.

Drove through a long parking lot with a lot of speed bumps.  Top speed was 35 mph but most of the driving was a lot slower on the speed bumps in Noodle Wave's parking lot.  Average miles per gallon went down to 30.5.  Ending odometer was 1094.  There are approximately 268 miles remaining on the 5th tank of gasoline.

Yesterday I drove to the China Town shopping center to pick up some take out dinner from Genroku.  We had basil chicken and some sushi.  It was very nice, and the service was great.

In the past few days, I forgot to record the ending miles each day.  As of day end yesterday, 9-26-2013, I have 1076 miles on the 2014 Nissan Versa SV.  The average mpg is still 30.8.  My top speed for these days was about 45 mph.

I drove to the Chiropractor a few times, to the Post Office, and to the x-ray facility.  Once to get the 5th tank of gasoline, and once to the grocery store. Drove to the bank once and to the pharmacy.  Probably ran some other errands, too. Total miles since the last reading were 46.6.

Ran errands and visited Gecko Hardware on 9-16-13. Top speed was 60 miles per hour. Trip gauge read 20.9 miles.  Average mpg remained at 30.8.  There are 137 miles remaining on the 4th tank of gasoline.

I enjoyed my first trip to Gecko Hardware.  I looked around all of the store.  They sell baby chickens, and have all of the equipment and supplies for backyard chicken coops.  They also provide classes on how to care for the chickens.

I bought some strong vinegar to kill weeds and a new prong collar for our dog.  Service was also great at Gecko Hardware.
